Project Stages/ Activities

• Contacting the beneficiaries in the street and in the placement centres
• Selecting the beneficiaries for the residential programme
• Carrying out the initial assessment of each youngster and assigning a key-worker to each young beneficiary within the residential programme
• Designing the individual project for each young beneficiary
• Implementing the individual projects and evaluating the progress of each beneficiary
• Keeping in contact with the youngsters who graduated the programme.
