• Identifying and contacting the collaborators.
• Collaboration with the representatives of the partner institutions in compliance with the personalized plans of work with the children and with the realities identified in the field.
• 4 workshops/ seminars with the representatives of the governmental/ non-governmental institutions which have been contacted
• Distribution of specific data to the Departments for Child Protection with a purpose to monitor and support the interventions of the Association in the direct work with beneficiaries.
• Informing the beneficiaries of their rights and responsibilities and guiding them to institutions in the social protection system.
• Evaluation of the situation of each direct beneficiary of the programme (itinerary, other programmes in which he/she was integrated, family situation, education, urgent needs, integration needs, etc.) and elaborating intervention plans.
