Activities

  • Contacting the beneficiaries
  • Informing the beneficiary of the organizational resources and the support possibilities
  • Informing the beneficiary of the rights and responsibilities deriving from the social service(s) provided
  • Assessing the beneficiary (medical control, discussions with the beneficiary and persons from his/her social network) as well as his/her needs (knowledge identification, prioritizing and assessment, interviews with the beneficiary, with his/her family if possible, with persons from his/her social network, motivational interviews)
  • Getting the beneficiary’s acceptance to carry on the assistance and counselling activities
  • Designing and signing a personalized plan of intervention aiming the beneficiary’s social integration, based on his/her aspirations but also taking into consideration the real integration possibilities based on the beneficiary’s individual characteristics and the structure of the support network (including the beneficiary’s family)
  • At the end of the service providing period, the beneficiary is informed of and consulted on the possibility and need to keep the contact as well as how to do it in practice.
  • Follow-on family assistance – the Association is involved in solving specific social assistance problems that the family faces and which could negatively influence the family reintegration of the beneficiary (lack of family decent earnings, improper dwelling, unemployment, troubles with the Police and other authorities, alcohol addiction or family violence influence negatively the efforts for the family reintegration of the beneficiary).
